I found some 41mm forks off of a 81 cr250, wanting to use them on my 1980 but have not found a set of trees at a reasonable price....SO....
I am toying with the idea of machining my current trees out from 38mm to 41mm to accomodate the other forks. Thats 3mm diff. which isn't much. It appears from the wall thickness on the trees that it should be no problem, just wondered what you all think of my idea...figgered somebody has already contemplated the idea before.
