i was also wondering if you can use the cdi and coil from the 250? they look the same, dont have the 480 yet so just thought id ask a few questions while i wait on ups.

it will fit.
you can use the 250 coil but the cdi is another.
the 480 will run with the 250 cdi but not realy good.

well there is one roadblock ive run into, and that is you have to cut out the lower radiator mount.

gas tank mount is different too, you have to cut off the mount, then fabricate brackets to secure the gas tank. i have everything in now and it looks good, let you know how the test ride goes....
