I have a stock cylinder that got damaged when it seized. :( Any suggestions for someone who will re-plate this? Thanks.

Check out Rick Petersen Motorsports at: http://www.rpmsbigbore.com/index.shtml

They're right down in your neck of the woods I think.

I tried RPM, but unfortunately they will (can?) only Nikasil plate water-cooled cylinders. I assume this is because the need for tighter tolerances than an air-cooled cylinder will allow.

You might check with these guys

I thought L.A. Sleeve was going to offer re-plating. ????

Maybe Bill Moeller at Bore Tech. http://www.bore-tech.com/

He lists Nikasil as a service though he prefers his carbide process for fresh bores. He did a carbide process for me last year and it works real good.
