Ordered a 32mm flat slide for my 75 cr125 a few months ago.Go to finally install and it's roughly 1/2 in short on the back throat of the carb.My question is have any of you tried a flat slide? Or is the 30mm round the prefered way to go.Also the drain bolt on the bottom of the flat slide is maybe a 1/16 off the engine case.(real tight) Hoping C.P.W. will help me out with another carb.

What do you guys recommend? The reason i got the flat slide was because at the time 30mm rounds were back ordered and was told by C.P.W. this would be a better set up and would make the bike run better. My motor has a mild port job,NOS stock crank and rod installed, webco head and DG pipe. Not that modified but enough to help it.

Any thoughts,recommendations appreciated.

Thanks
