NewB here,

Bought this '73 from a buddy 20 years ago for $250, he was going to sell it to a pawn shop for 150. I've been picking up
parts over time but missed the time to buy crank parts 10 years ago. I am currently rebuilding one using the long rod.

I'll post some pics, it was pretty rough but all parts were there+etras

Some pics of engine parts, prior to assembly & paint. I am waiting for the cylinder. I am having a lower fin restored & then hone .001 to fit the new Honda .25 piston.
It should be done Friday! PO painted everything red........('cept NICE tank) so having fun with all that (even plastic!)

Found a good crank & took apart, all was VG!! so we got her to .001 on alignment & stopped there :)

Now have a long rod kit if anyone is interested, make offer

I haven't been able to locate a set of points, anyone know of any?

The old Wiseco piston shown was not used, it is .5 if anyone needs one.

Over the years I rebuilt many older bikes. I have completely rebuilt this engine after spending almost a year finding parts.

I can not find parts for this bike.

I am going to sell this project, it has 2 almost perfect gas tanks & all plastic.

This site has many unanswered questions, so not much help there.

good luck folks
