Hello, I am looking for a new set of clutch friction plates for my 1974 CR125M. Can these plates still be purchased? Thank you, Ben |

Yes, I'm pretty sure some of them can, but probably not all of them (see below). I highly recommend the Barnett springs (my clutch life went from @ 250 mi. to over 4,000), and their steel plates are good too. The Barnett friction plates started slipping on the first ride, I'll never use them again. Availability on most of these changes constantly, so I'd try Google, eBay, Bike Bandit, etc. OEM Honda friction plates (CR125M / MR175 / MT125R) 22201-360-000 22201-360-306 22201-GBF-B40 22201-GF6-000 OEM Honda steel plates (as above) 22321-360-000 Barnett steel plates: 401-35-047062 Barnett springs: 501-29-06072, MT-72-6 (old #) There's also the '73-'76 SL100 friction plates (.010" thicker - I've never tried them): 22201-GF6-000 22201-KB4-670 22201-166-000 22201-107-000 Ray |
