79 CR125 front hub

Wanting to switch to a 21" front wheel. I have some 16.5" remote res Ohlins to lower the rear.
Could i relace the 79 125 hub with 78-80 250 spokes and matching rim? Is the 1980 125 hub and brake panel the same as the 1979?

Yes 1980 CR125 the same as is the 78 - 80 CR250

79-81 CR125's use the same part # front hub. You would need a spoke set from an 80-81.
