Has anyone tried to put a stock 74/75 CR125 down pipe on an MR175?
I think the MR 175 exhaust manifold exits at a slightly different angle than the CR125 but that can be overcome.
A problem with clearances under the engine or below the footpeg would be more challenging.

It can be done, but you'll need to do 3 things first:

1) Re-angle the inlet flange, as you mentioned
2) Remove the skid plate (duh), then
3) Replace the brake pedal return spring holder on the frame with an M8 threaded hole for the rear pipe mount

If you get creative, you can hold on the pipe and the spring with the same bolt/nut. :)
