I got my fork legs back from the restorer and man did he do a great job!! It's unbelievable he can take a worn out fork leg and make it look like new. If you are interested, see info below.

I appreciate the great feedback Brett! I've specialized in refinishing aluminum lower legs for a few years and get consistently excellent results. The biggest factor is existing condition of your legs: corrosion, gouges, hacks, scratches. You'd be surprised how well I can turn most around and achieve an original appearance, only with gloss clear powder coat for durability. They look great - did you use a coarse mop to keep the satin look ?
Any tips for DIY as I suspect you're over the pond ?
