Jeez it looks like my 1976 MR250, but pipe is wrong. CR mill in an MR frame?

CR frame as stated in original post. It does have a CR head and jug (4 bolt intake). MR tank is the most obvious, look closely at pictures and pic out what all else is incorrect for a '74 CR.

So much wrong don't know where to start  seat in second pic is wrong, either engine bottom end is wrong or it at least has wrong left side engine cover, shocks, extra shock mounts, number plates,DG pipe, pipe hanger, brake pedal, shifter, grips, tank, springs holding exhaust on,possibly back fender, cable tie's instead of clamp holding clutch cable to frame, chain guide on swing arm missing, bolts on front engine mount too long, fuel line filter and clamps.

Excellent Job!!! That is the kind of participation I was looking far. You even caught the seat. I hadn't noticed the brake pedal, thank you. The motor has MT numbers, so I assume the bottom end MT. I went ahead and bought this after making the long trip knowing it had legit CR frame numbers. Long story short , I need parts!

Only because I owned a couple back in the day around '75 ish. One was completely original and used as a "trail bike" since it was new,the other pictured here was heavily modified and raced,DG pipe and airforks, lengthened and reinforced swingarm and Curnutt shocks. Curnutts are not shown on this pic though. How is your frame under the engine?, both mine and many others would break where the downtube and under the engine hoops meet .

I looked at underside of frame it looks fine, still looks like factory weld where downtubes meet frame basket under engine. The bottom of the DG pipe is flattened though. I do remember what area ur talking about . I had to braze one up back in the day.
