Does anyone have or know where I can find the removal cap or tip for the muffler. My current one is just a big hole, probably doesn't effect performance but it'd be nice to have.

One of these might work with a little tweaking (the MR175 tailpipe tube is @ 1.948" I.D., 2.008" O.D.) : http://www.ebay.com/itm/Exhaust-Muffler ... s4&vxp=mtr

Jon at jemcoexhaust.com should be able to make you up a custom cap/core. He did a long one for my aluminum silencer extension (pic below), so he could probably make a shorter one to fit the OEM tailpipe-tube length:

On a NOS pipe, the insert adds low end and takes a bit off the top, along with a significant reduction in noise. If the 'turbine' section at the front of the tailpipe is clogged (as it usually is), it makes a lot less difference.

The stock insert doesn't even have a part number - Honda considers it part of the 18300-373-670 exhaust pipe.
