Hi to everyone from a new mt owner. I am about to embarke on my first renovationr project. I am short of a side panel which are difficult to find. Is the mt compatible with any other model? |

Looking for side panels that may be compatible with the MT250 from other models basically. |

The MT250 side cover has an oil-check window in it - I don't think any other Hondas have one, including the MT125. If you don't need the window, an early XL etc. side cover might work. Ray |

Thanks for the reply Ray. I'm not new to motorcycles but I am new to the MT250. I started riding on an SL125 in the mid 70's so this is kinda familiar territory. The difference being 2 stroke and 4 stroke. The bike I have has been run without the oil tank so I assume it has been running pre mixed fuel. I do have an oil tank to fit if needed. If I don't use an oil tank then a window side panel wouldn't be so important and as you suggest an XL panel might suit. Thanks again Ray. |
