Post subject:  Being a dickhead in Australia

Gday all from Melbourne Australia. You know, ya gotta hate it when you come across a site like this and realise that you have been a complete dickhead for dumping on the tip a complete 74 cr125m fully restored (frame painted husky silver, 34 mikuni, reed valves, fmf up pipe and radial head, s and w shockers, air valve front end the list goes on...) and fully dismantled wrapped in oiled hession bags around 1990. Still remember seeing that front fender mud flap with HONDA in white... Damn and double damn!!!!.Got a picture somewhere but dont know how to upload. My racing # was 69x.
Crashed and burned against an international racer riding a cz 250 but on my turf!(North Altona-even Roger De Costa once visited!!) Neck and neck coming up to a berm that i couldve done in my sleep, the throttle stuck on and over we go. Seized motor, broken collarbone. That was in 1976, at the tender age of 16.. Never ridden since. A good mate who I used to race against and often beat went on to become the world champ around 1978-1982 on road bikes, 500cc I think, Wayne Lewis or Lewis something.
I have a Dirt Bike magazine 1974 as new -somewhere-featuring a test on the 125/250 with a picture on the front. Good to see the passion still lives.

PS. Remember giving the tm 125's a good flogging.
PPS. My first bike was a Yamaha Gt 80. Way to go!

Regards,

Tony Eishold
