It is a '68 -'69 Montesa Scorpion. I had one in the way back. Now I have a King Scorpion 250. http://www.southwestmontesa.com has a model number id chart on their website.

Just got one of those last Fall. Been semi-restoring it, but it only had 14 miles on it anyway. I really like it, but I'm gonna ride it on the street only. So, now we only have to find another 398 of them and we will know about all of the 14Ms ever made!

It is a 1964 Montesa 175 Enduro. I picked one up a few years ago with 14 (yes 14) miles on it. Still sorting it out, but lots of fun to ride. Very oddball in some ways - I had to do an entire engine rebuild, so I learned a few things if you need help.

Cheers,
