Looking for a replacement for this boot. Original part number is 16211-361-000 which is now marked obsolete everywhere. I did find 1 NOS item on ebay but they want $150 for it.

I was hoping someone would know a suitable replacement for the stock carb which is roughly 31mm.

Thanks
Scott

Scott,

If you measure the distance between your manifold bolt-hole centers, I can tell you if a '74-'75 CR125M intake manifold will fit (for 28mm CR carb, MT125 uses a 24mm carb). Since the MT125 manifold apparently uses only an O-ring seal w/o paper gasket, I can't do the usual gasket p/n check.

OK, cool - the CR manifold is 64mm ctr-ctr too. If you want to swap out both the MT carb & manifold for CR units, maybe you can find both in a single eBay listing for a decent price (you'll have to open up the cylinder intake opening all the way to the intake port center divider to match the manifold I.D., of course), or you can try to find a used MT manifold & re-use the stock carb which is a lot easier. NOS 70's Honda 2t manifolds are usually big bucks, though sometimes you can get lucky.
