Hi all
Im Bender, Named by my friend Pap for my uncanny ability to bend steel and drink booze, he thinks I take after the guy on futurerama "Bender" So any way im a nerd. Im a licensed electrician and a Merchant Marine.
Enough about me lets get to the bike
I just bought my first ever dirt bike, a 1975 OSSA Super pioneer 250
she isnt running and the previous owner who bought it brand new in 1975 says that first gear is toast.
I tried to push start her but I dont think I had enough speed.
When I operate the kicker by hand I get compression air and spark BUT when I apply more force on the kick stroke I get nothing, it feels like the kick gear just lets go and it makes a loud ratcheting noise.
Do you know what might cause this?
