On the water pump side of the crankshaft there is a metal collar that goes on the crankshaft and turns in the crank seal.
Is their an o ring that goes behind this collar to prevent leakage between the collar and the crankshaft? The honda service manual does not show any o ring behind the collar and the honda dealer could not help.
The Clymer repair manual says to replace the o ring with every rebuild, if this is the case; where can I get this o ring.
Thank you for your help.
