I have a brke pedal off a 74 cr125 that has the last inch or two (the actual toe contact area) bent about thirty degrees. has anybody had any luck straightening these? I am thinking of annealing the actual bend then press it back.

With levers, anyway, I always take them off and put them on the cement floor and pound them back with a hammer. They bounce a little, but that's needed so they don't break. Test with small blows first to make sure the aluminum is maleable and not the cheap stuff. If you try to bend it with vise grips or anything, it will snap.
