I have just replaced the fork seals on my 76 MR175, and I need to know what amount of fork oil to put in each fork as well as the best weight of oil to use.... any and all help appreciated. Thanks in advance!

My spec. book calls for 155-160cc (5.3-5.4 oz.) to fill dry fork assembly. If you didn't drain completly use 145cc (4.9oz.)
You can get fork oil but I just use ATF. I have some friends who use power steering fliud. Claims it's a little heavier and gives a better ride (I've ridden one with the p/s fluid and can't tell the difference).
