Not quite as direct as you would like but...
My brother built up a YZ80 or RM80 for his grandson and after test riding it said ~"They have to be nuts putting this much horse power in a bike intended for 10 year olds.' Just cracking the throttle would produce wheelies. I assume the Honda would have similar performance.
I also have a kitted XR75 I built for my grandson. Perforance isn't nearly as good as a two stroke of course but it is one of the favorite rides around my house while it waits for my grandson to come of age.

The smaller bikes, not just the XRs, were extremely hard fought class in their day and it continues with parts and support even now. I think Jeff Ward had a CR80 with a downsized CR125 engine to make displacement restrictions for his ride.
