Raced this weekend, only get to race 2-3 times a year, and took some video and put together this short video.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rz11zzj0zPg

This was the most exciting moto of the day for me as I holeshot 5 out of 8 motos for two days so seeing other riders and passing them is more enteraining than seeing an empty track.

Dude, you just made my day!!! That was an awesome video!!!
Been bummin' cause I haven't got to ride much either.
That helmet cam is nice....you opened up a can of whoop a??, aye?.....passed everbody
... the wife won't go watch me race and I told her....here's what its like(your video)...she said....wow, they get awefully close don't they?..... I run the over 50 class and we only been married 5 years, so she doesn't quit understand all my addictions yet.
Thanks again for the great vid.......well done!!

What gear lever are you running on your bike?

The shift lever is from a KTM 250 around an 82 model I beleive, the splines were perfect but its a little close to the kick start lever so I had to grind the bolt head that holds it on to clear the kicker so it would swing out.
I had a couple of cameras with me and had another guy filming also, he got the shots of me from behind after I passed him. I want to mount one to take video behind me to get the pack shots as I seem to be able to get holeshots most of the time, that would be some awesome video to put with my view in front.

Great video-what kind of camera are you using. I want to purchase a good and easy to use helment cam. Thanks, Jon Tampa
