I need to get my cr250m cylinder ported and wanted to know of a good place to send it. Its going on an mt so I would like a place that can give me a little more low end and mid range than stock if thats possible. Also the cylinder is nos but the trip from the netherlands wasnt kind and a small peice of the bottom fin broke off can someone weld it back on or should I just throw it away?

I think it is best to just throw it away. ... Well maybe send your NOS cylinder to me and I will be sure it is disposed of properly.

You should contact Sam427 from this site for your porting requirements.
You can PM or Email him, his contact details are in his profile.
An yes that cylinder should be repairable.
