I am looking to update my stock rims to black or gold excel rims.

Who offers rims and spokes that will fit this bike?

A wheel builder can get you an Excel in silver or a Sun rim in gold. Because of the drum brake hub your choices are limited. That doesn't stop you having them powder-coated or anodized before the wheel is built.

Try http://www.buchananspokes.com they can supply spoke kits and custom drill rims to fit. They will even lace up the wheels for you. Good people.
