Be careful with the rebuild kits - not all are listed correctly. For example, this one will probably fit your carb:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA-NE ... ccessoriesAs you can see from the pictures, you'll be getting another needle valve and seat, a few O-rings, some gauges, and that's about it. It can't hurt to have another needle valve, though.
Unless your float is visibly damaged or corroded badly, you shouldn't need to replace it. The float height is set by bending the small tang that pushes on the needle valve. Bend it so that you have 20mm float height when the needle is just barely fully seated (there's a spring-loaded plunger inside the needle,
don't compress it when setting float height).
