Hi, does anyone know of a good aftermarket chain roller for my 79 CR250R? Thanks, Joe. |

This is covered in other threads. Most of the modern after-market rollers use a bolt that is smaller than the hole in the mounting bracket on the frame. Issue #2 is that if you are running an after-market swing arm it will pinch the chain against a stock-sized roller. I am currently running a sleeve of nylon washers over the correct-sized bolt. Sam Alexander says that http://www.jastco.com is coming up with solution. |

Hi everyone, I am going to try and fabricate a chain roller using some after market parts out of a catalog. The problem is that I don't know what the outer diameter of the roller is. Does anyone know this dimension? Thanks, Joe |
