I have a 79 cr124r I drained the oil out of crankcase and now when i pull in the clutch the engine will not disenge fron motor... what i mean is with no oil and the clutch lever pulled in it is still in gear. is this normal when there is no crankcase oil in engine??

Your clutch plates have fused together. You can try and put the bike in gear and rock it back and forth to try and get them to unstick. This is very common with a bike that has set for a long time. If this does not work you will need to take the clutch cover and the pressure plate off and unstick the plates by hand.
