Well Im using my MT off road (came with no road gear) and am finding the ratios are way to tall , on wind off road bits Im constantly changing between 1st and 2nd, theres a 15 tooth sproket on the front and a 44 on th rear, I just want to put a 13 or a 15 on the front to make life easier, so which would be best 13 or a 14? or even lower still?

cheers.

Try plugging in different values and get it just the way you want it:

Ok is 3.67-1 to low for an MT? being 12 on the front and 44 on the rear, or would 3.38-1 be a better option (13 44).
