http://www.jemcoexhaust.com/ and http://www.pro-formracing.com/ are the only sources I know for after-market pipes today. You may find a used DG pipe or silencer on eBay or a swap meet. I use the PFR pipe and silencer on my '79 CR250R and have been very happy with the construction and performance. IMO, changing your pipe is not the highest priority for this bike.

Thank you for the reply Michael, i wasn't thinking of changing the pipe, its just a matter of not haveing one for it. Every thing else is sorted. It was just a case of was i better off trying to find a stock pipe as putting aftermarket pipes on isn't always the answer.
Many thanks M.R.B

If you need a pipe I can personally recommend PFR but do not have anything against Jemco. PFR may do more than one type for the 1980 motor, so ask what will suit you best.

If you were to find a NOS or VGC stock pipe you would be wiser to buy and store it than actually use it. Most will be dinged to death and you spend some bucks getting them repaired. BTW, invest in a Moose Racing pipe guard if you ride where it is rocky.
