does anyone have a good starting point for jetting this carb on a 1979 CR250? |

ok, since no one responded after all this time, I took the initiative. first you need one of these to install a 38mm carb Such as the Keihin Airstriker. https://www.ebay.com/itm/122017534457 this is Airstriker I put on. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00C178JY4?ps ... ct_details I installed the new carb and it started after the 4th or 5th kick, Had to tweak the idle mixture and idle speed a bit but got it running pretty good with no jetting changes so far and it has nice throttle response. here is the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYcedHNwVt0 |
