What are the Standard settings for these things? I am having trouble getting it to idle at rest? Bike runs great other than this problem.

Basic rule of thumb: 1.5 turns out. If you get to 2 turns out you need one size smaller pilot (and vice versa). Set it to a reasonable idle and then go in and out on the air screw until the revs peak. Then re-adjust the idle speed.

Also check your slow speed jet and make sure it's clear
