Hi Guys,

I came in here to read up on some things today and see alot of talk about those " Garage Queens " So I decided to give you guys something to look at. I began selling NOS Elsie parts on Ebay several months ago and have quite a huge inventory of them at this point but one of my better customers owns this collection and shared with me. I'm sure alot of you saw the $2500.00 NOS 250 Pipe,$2400.00 NOS Tank,$400.00 NOS Number Plate sell some months ago, well HERES where they went along with many many other parts that you didnt win. This guy began a 73 CR250 in Oct/Nov and by December he was doing 4 of them at once. Some are completed others are almost done, he then re-worked one of his many 74 CR125's after I found him a NOS Pipe,Silencer and much much more and I added that one as well.

Hope you Enjoy These As Much As I Did

Vin

When you have that kind of budget who couln't turn out a nice looking bike? What makes it fun for me (and alot of the guys I know) is to do it as cheaply as possible and then ride it, break it and repeat the process. To each his own I guess.

Signed
By a guy who has been out bid alot on Ebay

Man that some serious bike building, if you havent looked at the pics, take the time, very impressive. I wish I had the time and bucks to invest in history like that.

Those are indeed fantastic bikes and if i had one to ride and one or more to sit in the garage as well hey why not. I consider the elsinore a piece of classic art.
While viewing the Guggenheim museum show The art of the Motorcyle a few years ago i was dissapointed to find only three dirt bikes on display. However was quite pleased when one of them was a 1974 250 elsinore!
