Post subject:  73 250 Elsinore pipe and shock replacement

I am planning on doing a complete restoration on my 73 Elsinore CR250M that I just purchased. I plan on racing it in the vintage classes afterwards. My pipe is junk and I was thinking about replacing it with a "Rocket Pipe" from Vintage Iron. Is this a good choice of pipe? is it legal for the vintage class? I would also like to replace the rear shocks I have now. the ones on my bike are old Fox air shocks that a layed down. I want to replace them with a good shock. What length were they originally and what is a good replacement shock? Thanks Terry I am in the Central California area.
