I know in the past there have been issues with some vendors not fulfilling orders etc. So as I have recently purchased a variety of parts in doing a restoraraion I though I would give a breakdown of my positive experiece with selected vendors. Vintage Iron has a great selection including an excellent pipe for my CR had a problem with two wrong shipped items problems were taken care of quickly and all products were excellent. (pricey but you get what u pay for) VMX I ordered a full set of plastic and received them in five days and the plastic is high quality. Chapparal I have ordered a variety of items all promptly shipped and a very good value. If anybody else has a vendor they wish to add to this list please do as I seleted VMX and Vintage Iron based on referrals from this board. Thanks. |

I ordered air filters from Vintage iron, 2 for 1. Great deal, but they took a while to get them, then they sent the wrong ones. The person on the phone was very pleasant, the correct items went out asap, but if you factor in the postage it took me to return them, not such a deal anymore. |

For what its worth I swear by either Donny at Vintage Elsinores or CMSNL.COM. Both provide excellent service in my opinion. |

Hello As mentionned into my other post, I do not recommend ECP elsinore. They are really not serious company and I've got many trouble with them ! ( missing parts, big delay, quality problem for spare parts ) You must be very careful if you want to buy some parts to ECP Elsinore !!!! Although they can be very friendly at phone, they are kidding their customer ! ![]() I've made some purchase at CMSNL and this is a very professionnal company . |
