Can someone please confirm for me the crank seal position for a CR 250m. I took this motor apart last year and just started to rebuild it. Looking at the new crank seals it looks like the seal in the right case (inner seal) should be positioned with the lips towards the crank and the the flat side next to the main bearing....The left case seal also has lips towards crank and flat side towards ignition. Is this correct?? All lips towards the center of the motor? thanks |

the ignition side has the lips toward the crank and the clutch side has the lips away from the crank , this is the way I do it according to the manual . please let me know if it's wrong as mine still leak oil in |
