Great bike! Honda fixed almost all the problems from the previous year (power, handling and 23" front wheel) except it still had crappy shocks.
I have a friend who races one regularly and it is FAST!

Can anyone tell anything about this bike. I have a chance to pick one up. How does it hold up racing the other bikes in it's class? Any known problems with this model? Thanks Terry |

It a great bike, the best 125 from 1980 IMHO. Great motor, excellent race bike, reliable, would recommend swapping out the rear shocks for Ohlin's or something of similar quality. |

Dos, Is this the one that was just up on Ebay? I am restoring one right now. Can't wait to get it done. I have (3) 79s that I like and the 80 is supposed to be better. |

Yep, This is the one that was ebay. I bought it and will be picking it up on Monday. "J" I noticed that you have a 79 KX250 also. Do you race it? I posted a picture of mine in the Kawasaki section. Sounds like I'll be buying another set of Works Perormance shocks for the 80 Cr125. |
