Looks like my Keihin is at the end of the rope. Having hard time finding new needle and new starter valve set (choke plunger). Thinking of just getting a new Mikuni, which wouldn't cost much more than those two parts anyway. The 34mm MR carb is different than the 34mm CR carb. I see Vintage Elsinores offers 36mm VM Mikunis, but worried it is too much carb for my MR250. Has anyone tried putting a new Mikuni on an MR?? Do you know which Mikuni would be best?? If so, any jetting recommendations to start with?? Thanks everyone... |

2ยข You may have trouble finding another MR250 owner with carb experience since they were only made 1 year. If it were me I would get in touch with someone like Sudco and see if they have any experience with replacement carbs and jetting. Rick |
