I'm building a "DG" Elsinore & I need a chain tensioner.
Any ideas on where to get one?

I have a DG swingarm,DG head and a DG pipe on a 1976 CR125.
I have a set of forks off a 78 CR125 which I believe are 1' longer then the 76? Is that correct?

I had ordered some Works Performance shocks before I picked up this DG swingarm and they are an inch longer then stock so I hope the longer forks will help eliminate some of the "stinkbug" effect.

I don't believe the 78 CR125 forks are any longer than the 76-77 CR125. There may be a difference internally but not length.

You might try here: http://www.badbrush.com/N_Vintage_mart/ ... sinore.htm

However, that is not for a DG arm, but it still might work. I saw a picture of a really trick CR250M1 with a neato tensioner right behind where the kickstand normally bolts on. Wish I could find one like that!!!!

I thought I had read somewhere that the the 78 forks had an inch more travel but I guess not.
I could hold them side by side to compare when I take them off.

Also, what gearing (sprockets) would ya'll recommend. I weigh around 205 w/gear.
