Can anyone tell me if the 82 2 pipe/silencer will fit the 83 in place of the 3 piece? Or, tell me where to get a mid pipe for the 83? This is all I lack for a restoration.

The pipes are different between the '82 and '83 models. The mid-pipe piece is "unavailable". You could seek an after-market pipe like the DG or Pro-Form because they just have a single piece pipe that connects direct to the silencer.
