Hi, Is it possible to install a lighting coil in a CR125M? Thanks. |

You would have to replace the complete ignition with that from an MR175 or MT125. Both will bolt right on. Unfortunately they are points style ignitions. The MR175 ignition would be easiest to convert but hardest to find. I don't think you can add a lighting coil to the CR125 stator. There are two coils on the stator already to run the ignition without any additional room for more. |

Thanks for your quick reply. I wonder which 70's 125 MX bike can accept a light coil? |
