Just finished a major winter overhaul and this is what I ended up with.
Rebuilt gearbox and clutch,every gearbox bearing and mains replaced all new seals and gaskets,all new selector springs and neutral springs etc, Gric Gorr ported and re-timed cylinder,cylinder plated at 56mm and Wiseco piston,cylinder head modified,Jemco pipe with Pro-form muffler,35mm carb,Frame re-painted with a smoother finish,motor re-painted whilst cases split.
Ohlin's stripped of paint,body polished,shock head re-painted,reservoir's re-painted and new decals from Husky sport.Springs stripped and re-painted. Plastic renew used on tank.That about all I can remember.
