Not that there's anything wrong with it, but I'd like to replace all the bearings in the lower end while it's apart. I can't find the one marked 83483. My local Honda dealer can't get it, nor can either of the good sized bearing houses in town. Has anyone fought the battle already to find a good quality bearing?
Thanks! Jon

If it helps, that's the countershaft bearing for the end opposite the sprocket side.

An Ebay store called racergirlsrock has them. I thought you could get them from Honda with a superceded number, 91005-MG3-003.

Thaks for the racer girls tip. The local Honda dealer said he can get it, so I'll hold my breath for a few days and see what happens before I call the girls. 17x42x16. Apparently nothing else on the planet uses a bearing that size, eh? No wonder these were such great bikes. I am sure the special nature of the very unique size bearing must be the reason why these were so successful!
