i was also wondering if you can use the cdi and coil from the 250? they look the same, dont have the 480 yet so just thought id ask a few questions while i wait on ups. |

it will fit. you can use the 250 coil but the cdi is another. the 480 will run with the 250 cdi but not realy good. |

well there is one roadblock ive run into, and that is you have to cut out the lower radiator mount. |

gas tank mount is different too, you have to cut off the mount, then fabricate brackets to secure the gas tank. i have everything in now and it looks good, let you know how the test ride goes.... |
