was just wondering where you guys are getting your gaskets. been trying to get a hold of the guy through http://www.elsinores.com but there is not answer and just a computer voice that doens't say much for an answering machine. mainly i need the crankcase gasket and cyl base gakset, but wouldn't mind if it's a whole set. Also on a hunt for a bolt kit for the engine. Please help shed some light on this topic. |

Go to the Cometic gasket web site. Find their phone number and give them a call. They don't list everything they can make. I have ordered full gasket kits for my 75 125 Elsinore and my 1979 125 Elsinore. I think the number you want them to look up in their history file is C7809 the full gasket kit. I usually have to order (2) minimum for special orders they don't have stock on. The lead time was about (2) weeks. If I remember I talked to the tech at Cometic and he verified they still can make the gaskets on special order, although I had to order them through my local motorcycle shop. But when you need gaskets that is better than not having any. Alex |

Another option for gaskets is to order a set from Honda. Check out Bike Bandit in the resources section. Complete set for under $36. dogger |
