don´t like to replace the whole drum when just the bearing is bad.
i have three drums to service

hi, has anybody ever changed the shiftdrum bearing? how should i do this? |

Looking at the shift drum from my '79, I don't see where the bearing is servicable. The Honda parts schematic doesn't show a separate bearing available so I'm guessing when the bearing fails, you replace the whole drum. The drum is still available from CMS if you are willing to part with 74 euros. dogger |
