Does anyone know where I can get a replacement carb for my 76 MT250? I do not care if it is the original one that came on the bike. How about what size is the carb? 38 ???? Thanks I tried to order parts from the bike bandit but was sent an email informing me that the needle was back ordered, I most likely will not be able to find the parts for my original carb that is why I am ready to put on something different that will work.

There's nothing unobtainable about parts for your carb. It's just that many resellers exist just to sell the easy to source items that sell frequently. What you need is a carb specialty outfit, or even just an informed and caring local motorcycle dealer. Try just a little harder and you'll find what you need. Sudco.com, carbparts.com, can help but getting to know the local guys has it's benefits too.

See the carburetor parts heaven post below for a carb kit for an MT, including needle
