Actually the exhaust mounts and chainguide are done with a bandsaw, drillpress and a lathe..The airbox cover is formed with a wooden buck and a body hammer.... I'm lookin' for a mill... |

I like your chain guide. I bought one similar from John Astleford i.e. the chain goes through a nylon block which protects the guide. I am amazed anyone runs the stock guides on a working bike. |

Very nice work. I especially like the aluminum rear brake arm with the heim joints. A lighter, stronger improvement over the damage prone stamped steel stocker. dogger |
