Was wondering if anyone is currently running a V Force reed block on their 79 Honda CR250.Or if it is even possible to adapt one to fit,as their web site only list,s from 86 on for the CR250.I think the 86 to 01 reed block bolt hole,s should be the same as the 79,But not sure?.Any help would be appreciated.Also was their any noticable performance gains over the stock unit.Currently running a Pro Form pipe and DG silencer with good results.Just looking for a bit more power,as currently racing grade A against a feild full of 490 Maico,s.Thanks. |

The V-Force reed block for the 1986 CR250R will fit a 1979 CR250R Elsinore and a 1983 CR480R. In both cases I ran it with a Pro-Form pipe and silencer. |

Thanks Michael.Going to order one next week.Did you have to make any jetting changes for the V Force.And was their any noticeable gains in performance.Thanks again Cliff. |
