Hi, I dont know if this is any help but here's something I have used in the past. If you want a slider for racing rather than show then you could buy a sheet of similiar thickness hard plastic, lay out the old slider length ways on it, mark the outline, then cut out a new one. You will need to counter sink the mounting points to take the washers. The hardest part is bending it to fit the swingarm, but this can be done successfully using a heat gun. I have raced a 78 with one of these fitted for the past season & a half with no problems. It takes the chain a little while to wear a groove into the slider, but once that happens, the wear seems to remain fairly static after that.
