i have a 1975 elsinore 250 enduro 2 stroke. i had it going great right after i bought it, but it started flooding out occasionally, and now it does it constantly. i run pre mixed gas because the engine is in my yz 100 frame. i have cleaned the carb thoroughly, put in a new needle and seat.... the bike runs horiibly rich with a quite noticeable power drop, the gas is literally shooting out of the air intake side of the carb and coating my hand if i strick it where the air filter would go.... no one can answer my questions... please can someone help to point me in the direction i need to go.........

It sounds to me like the bowl is filling up with so much fuel it's running out of the pilot or needle jets into the carb bore. Replacing the float needle and seat was a good idea, but now I would verify that the needle is sealing OK and the new seat isn't leaking where it meets the carb body. You can pull the carb off, remove the bowl, then reconnect it to the petcock over an empty can or whatever and move the float up to see what happens. You also should set the float height to 20mm (distance from bottom of float to bowl gasket surface).
