Does anyone here know Todd Applegate? He has an OW40/E for sale. Is it legitimate?

The only person likely to be able to get an OW would be Mr. Terry Good and he wouldn't part. This guy was a common feature and object of ridicule a couple of years back. He simply does not have what he purports to be selling and when called out can get abusive. Approach with caution and simply ignore if you have any sense.
